Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept it for a full refund.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
Hassle free returns - Please be certain to email us for a return authorization number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; we will take care of everything.
Shipping & Handling
You can ship your package back to us via a method of your choosing. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- All items must be unused and include the original packaging.
- No scratches on lens and in original bag
- Footwear must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging - If you plan to return your footwear do not wear them after trying them on.
- Boxes or bags must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the Footwear was shipped in to return items.
- Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged.
FlippinShades.com does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective, please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect.
